Rebecca Clements, Seattle, WA. Rebecca brings 30 years of Human Resource experience to her consulting practice. She began her People Operations career in healthcare, but early on she caught the “startup bug”, and six start-ups later, she has never looked back! She has held executive-level positions at Getty Images, Varolii, and Moz, where she was Chief People Officer. Most recently, she was the SVP of People and Culture at Ally, where she partnered closely with the CEO during Microsoft’s successful acquisition of Ally. When she’s not helping startups scale, you will find her on the tennis court, watching her equestrian daughter compete or searching for the perfect chocolate chip cookie.
