Andrew Boyd

Andrew has over 25 years of experience in finance and business administration, entrepreneurism and brings a blend of corporate and start-up expertise. He was a licensed CPA in the State of Washington from 1991-2015, and is currently inactive (lapsed). Early in his career, Andrew worked with KPMG Peat Marwick, where he focused on Audits of Healthcare (for Profit and Not for Profit) and High Tech clients. Andrew spent several years in the healthcare industry, most notably with DaVita Healthcare (NYSE-DVA) where he served as Assistant Controller and Director of Accounting. He was CFO for NetVersant Seattle and held Controller positions for Microsoft Services and Microsoft Sales. He also was CFO for Eastside Preparatory School in Kirkland, WA. Andrew is a 4 time start-up veteran, including Co-Founding Atigeo LLC, a SAAS big data software company. Andrew volunteers as the Coaching and Judging Co-Lead for Social Venture Partners Fast Pitch Seattle, and is a Partner with SVP-Seattle. Andrew also serves on the Board of Trustees for Eastside Pathways and is the Chair of the Finance Committee. Andrew graduated from the University of Washington, and grew up in Bellevue.

Personal Interests: Andrew is a Seattle Sounders season ticket holder (and former referee), and also enjoys watching the “other” football as well. Andrew enjoys travelling, especially to warm water locations where he can enjoy scuba diving and other outdoor adventures.
